Contains:
- Duasorb (hypomellose 3mg/mL and dextran 70 1mg/mL).
- Preservative: Polyquad (Polyquaternium-1) 0.01mg/mL.
Dosage: Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed or as directed by your doctor.
Warnings:
- Discard container 6 months after opening.
- Do not use if seal is broken.
- Sterile, until opened.
